Choux is a cake that comes from France and never loses its fans. The dough is soft on the outside and the inside. The contents can be sweet cream or salty ragout, making this cake popular all over the world.

KANEKA® Cream Choux Z MX GM 65 gr
KANEKA® Margarine 25 G 3 70 gr
Water 80 gr
Cake Flour 90 gr
Bread Flour 10 gr
Whole Egg 180 gr

Decoration

KANEKA Whipping Cream™ C Z GM 300 gr
KANEKA Filling® Strawberry Jam FL GL 100 gr
KANEKA Filling® Pineapple Jam FL GM 100 gr

Process
  1. Add no. ingredients into a saucepan and bring the blend up to a boil. Then add no. ingredients all in one go.
  2. Stir until the mixture is mixed well in one mass and keep stirring until a smooth ball forms.
  3. Transfer the choux into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs in 3 lots at low speed and mixing well.
    Keep stirring until the choux looks smooth and shiny.
  4. Pipe out 30 gr each dough for a round shape.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes with lower temperature 200℃ and upper temperature 200℃.
  6. Cut the choux and fill with 10 gr each KANEKA Filling® Strawberry Jam FL GL or
    KANEKA Filling® Pineapple Jam FL GM and 20 gr KANEKA Whipping Cream™ C Z GM.
