Who doesn't love pizza? Pizza is one of the most delicious foods. There are several toppings in one pizza pan with Tomato Bolognese and Garlic Butter Cheese filling. It is also filled with Mozzacheese filling which gives it a stretchy cheese texture.
Ingredients
Kaneka Product Used
Pizza Dough

Sugar 60 gr
Salt 15 gr
Yeast 10 gr
Water 550 gr
Skim Milk Powder 30 gr
Kaneka Improver® Concentrated ST GL 10 gr
KANEKA® Margarine 25 G3 100 gr

Topping

KANEKA Filling® Tomato Bolognese FL GM 60 gr
KANEKA Filling® Mozzacheese FL GH 20 gr
KANEKA Filling® Garlic Butter Cheese FL GM 20 gr
Smoked Beef 30 gr

Process
  1. Mixing no. ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes at low speed, 6 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Add no. ingredients into the dough, mix for 2 minutes at low speed, 5 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Rest the dough for 60 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 200 gr each and rest for another 20 minutes.
  5. Put in the mold then flatten the dough.
  6. Add KANEKA Filling® Tomato Bolognese FL GM, KANEKA Filling® Mozzacheese FL GH, KANEKA Filling® Garlic Butter Cheese FL GM and smoked beef on the top of pizza dough.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes with lower temperature 190℃ and upper temperature 190℃.
